As an educator, Lauren has shared her acting talents, vocal techniques, and choreography with students of all ages. She has taught acting and vocal master classes at the University of Michigan, NYU, Ball State University, Marygrove College, the Florida Thespian Festival, and several other high schools and arts programs across the country. She has taught voice lessons through the summer intensive program Broadway Evolved, and gives private coachings for voice and auditions. In addition she has taught cello and ukulele lessons, and even a workshop for actor-musicians.
For younger students, Lauren has led acting, improv, dance, and singing workshops. Most recently over Zoom, she taught a Rock of Ages dance workshop with children from the Children’s Theatre of Brooklyn.
In addition, Lauren leads a virtual story time class/show with music for 2-6yr olds every Friday at 11AM, through Broadway Babysitter Playhouse. She writes each episode and performs with an orange monster named Noodle, puppeteered by Rob Morrison.
